In Denver’s prestigious Polo Club neighborhood,
V|O Moderne redefines the essence of a modern luxury home.
At over 8,000 square feet, this new-construction residence is both dramatic and deeply livable, blending organic warmth with glamorous detail. From the moment you arrive, a ten-foot walnut pivot door with custom brass hardware announces the balance of artistry and craft found throughout. Inside, the sunken living room glows with three sculptural blown-crystal fixtures, their warm light washing across silver travertine floors. A custom double-sided sectional anchors the space, while soaring retractable glass doors dissolve boundaries between indoors and the lush pool, veranda, and gardens beyond. This project is celebrated nationally and locally - earning the Luxe RED Award for Interior Architecture and Design and recognition as a 5280 Home Top Denver Design.
The interior design palette is rich and layered, with a neutral foundation accented by jewel tones, warm woods, bold stone, and custom finishes that create curated yet inviting spaces. Statement lighting, bespoke furniture, and thoughtful layouts balance entertaining with private retreat, highlighted by the dining room’s twelve-foot burled walnut table and a chandelier of 200 suspended crystals. The custom kitchen combines champagne- and truffle-toned Bulthaup cabinetry with a channel-tufted banquette, blending high-performance design with hospitality. The owner’s suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a tufted headboard, concealed walnut storage, and corner windows with property views, while private spaces include a midnight-green paneled library, a family room with fireplace, and a spa-inspired fitness center with Japanese soaking tub and steam shower.
Building a custom residence of this scale came with it’s challenges - particularly during the pandemic - but the design and construction teams navigated every obstacle with resilience and creativity. The result is a triumph of high-end residential design in Colorado. Here, organic textures meet opulent details, midcentury inspiration meets contemporary elegance, and every room reflects collaboration at the highest level. It is not only one of the most remarkable homes in Polo Club Circle, Denver - it is a residence that feels both inspiring and deeply livable.
